Our Inchworm Room and Ladybug room

 We have two one year old classrooms! With changes occurring so quickly at this age, the one-year-old program begins to add more structure within a child's days. In the Inchworm and Ladybug rooms, they use Experience Curriculum and play based activities at the child's level to enhance the intellectual, physical, and emotional development. In addition to the curriculum, a child learns skills such as playing appropriately with their peers and expressing their feelings. They do go outside two times per day, weather permitting! If they cannot go outside, they utilize the gross motor space pictured below.
